If you're beyond the point of boredom with lockdown and wanting something new, then here's a free RYPT Home Workout.
Personally, I've been studying online courses in order to allay boredom. Mental activity is as vital as keeping physically fit.
I've kept it bodyweight exercises in order to keep it easier to follow;
For this workout:
Three / four rounds depending on fitness levels
Give yourself between one minute and four minute's rest between sets
I advise a short warm up routine of squats, press ups, step ups and running on the spot for roughly five minutes.
Alternatively follow the RYPT warm up:
Stretching is advised at the end of the session.
Stay hydrated throughout and if struggling, catch your breath
Each exercise should be performed 30 seconds back to back and sequentially. This constitutes one set / or a circuit.
Exercise:
Mountain Climbers
Squats
Steps ups (using bench or stairs)
Walk outs
Flutter kicks
Dynamic Plank
Tricep dips (using step or bench):
Side step jumps
