As there's enough doom and gloom at the moment, here's a home workout which you can enjoy without any previous fitness experience or knowledge. RYPT designs custom home workouts for a flat monthly fee and with 9 years of experience is qualified to help you smash your fitness goals.
For this workout:
Three / four rounds depending on fitness levels
Give yourself between one minute and four minute's rest between sets
I advise a short warm up routine of squats, press ups, step ups and running on the spot
Stretching is advised at the end of the session
Stay hydrated throughout and if struggling, catch your breath
Each exercise should be performed 30 seconds back to back and sequentially. This constitutes one set / or a circuit.

Walk outs
Flutter kicks
